Pet Policy
The Winsted is a pet-friendly community and has a NEW pet policy. Mature dogs and cats are permitted. We do not have a weight limit on pets, but there are breed restrictions subject to management approval.
Under 40 lbs.
$150 pet deposit and $150 non-refundable pet fee
$10 monthly pet rent
Over 40 lbs.
$250 pet deposit and $250 non-refundable pet fee
$10 monthly pet rent
No more than two pets per apartment home allowed and only one pet if over 40 lbs.
Cats must be indoor pets only.
